Shipping Charge:

A: Customers who come from these countries: U.S.A, Canada,Japan, R.Korea, Mongolia,Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam,Australia, Brunei, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea,Austria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Norway, U.K., pay shipping charge 20$.

B: Come from other countries,need pay 30$.

International shipping is handled by Air international Express Mail Service(EMS)  from China, and shipping within one week.All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped and it will take around 7-10 days for your items to arrive.

Items are processed and shipped Monday-Sunday except public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number and phone number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and yeezyshopping Inc. will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS website.

Package lost on the shipping:
If the package lost when they are shipped  to the destination, we will take all of the responsible,and will resend a new order to you,and if the package detained by your county's customs,we will not be responsible for your package (only customers who come from Europe, Africa, South America.)

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return or exchange an item please follow the instructions below.

Please inform us, either by email or by phone, of any item you intend to return within 5 days after taking delivery. Returns must be made within 18 days after taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your sales receipt or commercial invoice, or a note indicating the order number with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Returns will be assessed upon receipt.

Every effort it made to ensure goods bought from yeezyshopping are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with quality, yeezyshopping reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding relevant action.

If a returned item is found to be non-faulty, correct, and of the correct size, yeezyshopping will not accept any costs involved in returning the item,and first you must talk to our customer service,but if the items not exist any shortcoming on external or quality,we will not accept the return request.If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on the exchange item as determined by value in the chart above. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will not include the original shipping charge for the order.


We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 3 days since the customer got the items. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our support representatives will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items and place a new order.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition(as stated above). Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you, and you must pay for shipping and handling.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges. You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of the items you want to exchange. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance protection when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returned items remain the property of the customer until they are safely delivered at the yeezyshopping Inc address listed above. yeezyshopping will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
